Dan Faustina brings twelve years of experience to SML with an extensive background in self-funded employer plans, disease management and wellness consulting. Previous to SML, Dan was Vice President of Employee Benefits at CCI Financial & Insurance Solutions. He began his career as a Sales Executive for Great-West Healthcare where he managed a large book of self-funded business.
Outside of work, Dan serves on the Economic Vitality Committee for the City of Pleasanton, is a current Board President and coach for the Pleasanton Junior Football League and is active with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society as a part of their Team-in-Training Triathlon program. Dan earned a degree in Political Science from Pepperdine University. He and his wife Jessica reside in Pleasanton, CA.
